I have always worked in photography, from printing to commercial studio shoots for clients including Sanyo, Bosch and Camelot. I then moved into wedding photography as it gave me an opportunity to be more creative, especially as my style was very informal. I always loved the idea of a storybook of the day and finding pictures as they happen.
After having some time out to have my little girl, I spent a lot of time photographing her and a good few of her friends. I discovered a real love for informal portraiture and the unpredictability of working with children.
I collect far too many old cameras and I ride a Lambretta scooter. I love cake, reading and dogs (I have a lazy lurcher called Scout). I am also a mum of an 8 year old daughter who reminds me everyday how much fun everything is. She also beats me handsdown on the Wii... everytime.
